Lira Luis is the first Filipino-American Taliesin fellow. Until now, her work pays homage to her mentor, who opened up the world to her, but she takes on the world on her own terms. She's put up her own practice in Chicago and passionately supports the rise of the woman architect in an industry notorious for not having enough of the fairer sex.
